Occasionally, PayPal will place payments on hold or pending, which will delay you having access to your files until the payment has been approved. This could be due to many reasons such as using an unverified PayPal account, or using a currency that we do not support.
In view of this, we have no control over the process until the payment is approved on PayPal. Once approved, you will be able to download your files.
